You have 7 days after receipt of the products to make a claim. We make the refund on defective products, damaged by transport or an error on our part, when you provide us with proof (photo or return of the product). After this period, we will not make any refunds and we will not offer any exchanges.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, but we will refund your original shipping charges if you are returning an item due to an error on our part (wrong product, flavor…)
In case of cancellation on your part
If you notify us before the order is processed and posted, you will be refunded in full. If you request the cancellation of your order and it has already been processed and posted, you will have to return it to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the return of the order, we will refund 85% of the order (this does not include postage which we do not refund). We retain 15% for the time spent processing the order.
