RETURN POLICY

You have 7 days after receipt of the products to file a claim. We make the refund on defective products, damaged by transport or an error on our part, when you provide us with proof (photo or return of the product). After this period, we will not make any refunds and we will not offer any exchanges.

If you have any questions or concerns about a product orreceive a defective item, please contact us at naturonat@outlook.com and provide us with the details of the product and its defect or error.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, but we will refund your original shipping charges if you are returning an item due to an error on our part (wrong product, flavor…)

In case of cancellation on your part
If you notify us before the order is processed and posted, you will be refunded in full. If you request the cancellation of your order and it has already been processed and posted, you will have to return it to us at your expense. Upon receipt of the return of the order, we will refund 85% of the order (this does not include postage which we do not refund). We retain 15% for the time spent processing the order. If it is an order over $100 with free shipping, the shipping cost for the shipment will be deducted by 85%, so you will be charged.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock when you order it, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order to the original form of payment.

 

DELIVERY BY MAIL (DELIVERY IN CANADA ONLY)

Fixed delivery charges will be shown when you checkout. Here are the rates in effect on January 1, 2023.

East and West Province	$15.00
Northern Province	$20.00

 

***Delivery is FREE for orders of $125 or more for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.***

 

Deliveries are made through Canada Post or Purolator, depending on rates. Your package will be sent TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE if it contains vulnerable products.

Orders are processed and shipped no later than 4 business days (closed weekends and public holidays) following receipt of payment. Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of shipment and not the date of the order. In some cases, the delivery time may be longer (products not available or special orders), you will then be notified by email

You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS once your order has been posted. You will be able to follow the progress of the shipment of your package.

During the holiday season, processing times may be longer during this period.

In the event that you do not pick up your order at the address indicated, the shipping costs and additional fees will be charged to you. Ditto if items are returned to us following an error in the address provided by the customer.
 

COLLECT YOUR ORDER ON SITE

If you choose to pick up your products yourself, you will receive a confirmation email with our schedule when your order is ready, please wait for this confirmation before showing up.
